Appointments and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office at least 24 hours before your appointment. We understand that unexpected things happen, so your first late cancellation or no-show is waived as a courtesy. After that, each missed or late-canceled appointment incurs a fee, as your time is reserved exclusively for you.

Frequent cancellations may lead us to review your treatment plan or care arrangement to make sure it still meets your needs. By keeping your scheduled visits, you help maintain consistent care—for yourself and for other patients who rely on available appointment times.
