Accepted Health Plans

Figuring out insurance shouldn’t feel like solving a puzzle. At M.I.N.D. Health and Wellness, we work with a variety of insurance plans to make your care as smooth and stress-free as possible. Think of us as your partner in both wellness and paperwork—we’ll help guide you through what’s covered so you can focus on what matters most: feeling better in your mind, body, and spirit.

An invoice is provided for submission to your insurance network for patients who are out of network.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards (like Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), and some insurance plans. If you aren’t using insurance, you will need to pay right away for the service. We require a current credit card on file to cover co-payments and other fees. Your financial information is private and secure, following strict rules for medical and financial safety. If your credit card expires or we are unable to charge it, we may need to cancel your appointment(s). If you pay with cash, you will get a discount.  If we do not accept your insurance, you are welcome to pay cash for services. An initial psychiatric evaluation costs $350, and follow-up visits are $165 each.
